Terms & Conditions
I hereby authorise Home Spa to administer treatments to me and therefore hold them harmless for any injury or damage that may occur to me. This consent is given in advance and voluntarily by me to aid Home Spa in exercising their best judgment on any treatment used on me. I further understand that if I have any medical conditions, that I should first consult with my physician prior to beginning any program. I understand that the treatment is not a replacement for surgical or medical procedures and that there are no guarantees, implied or otherwise, as to the results or benefits that I may attain from Home Spa’s procedures. It is expressly agreed that the use of this facility is at my sole risk and the salon shall not be liable for any injury or damage to any client or be subject to any claim, demand, injury or damages what so ever without any limitations.
Gift voucher terms and conditions
Gift vouchers and unused portions of gift vouchers must be spent within 12 months from the date of purchase, which is the "expiry" date included on the gift certificate.
You must inform Home Spa when you arrange your appointment if you will be redeeming a gift voucher.
Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
Home Spa will not be held responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers.
$20 off first treatment voucher
In addition to normal gift voucher terms and conditions, the $20 dollar off first treatment voucher is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher.
Only one voucher per client on your first treatment with Home Spa.
To be used as a discount on treatments to the value of or above $50.00
Payment methods
Cash, Direct Deposit, over the phone Credit Card payments, as well as mobile EFTPOS and Credit Card facilities are available on the day of your treatment.
Cancellation policies.
Sometimes emergencies happen and changes may need to be made to your appointment time. We are understanding of these situations and appreciate that you alert us of any changes as soon as possible or a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
Right to Refuse services
Home Spa offers a full range of professional services and reserves the right to cancel or refuse service to anybody who make questionable or inappropriate requests, act in an inappropriate or unprofessional manner or make the therapist feel uncomfortable or threatened in any way.
Parking
A parking fee will be added to your treatment cost if there is no other available parking, please talk to your therapist upon booking.
Service Areas
View the map to see if you fall within Home Spa's service areas. Services performed outside these areas will incur a surcharge.
